Dangerous crazy person Anne Heche joins cast of Thomas Jane’s television series, ‘Hung’

March 4, 2009

anne_heche_001_051508What’s more dangerous that getting kicked around an apartment by Kevin Nash, throwing down with Andre Braugher or allowing Patricia Arquette to be on top?

How about co-starring with Anne Heche?

Heche been cast as Thomas Jane’s ex-wife in the upcoming television series Hung.  The actress replaces Kristin Bauer, who played the role in the pilot.

Ms. Heche first captured audience’s attention with her turn as femme fatale Catherine Tramell in 1992’s Basic Instinct (a role for which she won Best Actress) and later for her work as a renegade computer progam that stalks Denzel Washington throughout a futuristic Los Angeles in Virtuosity.

Unfortunately, the actress is  just as well known for her off-screen antics including a lesbian fling with Ellen;  a 2000 incident in which she was detained after being found wandering dazed and confused in a Fresno neighborhood; and a bitter custody dispute with her ex-husband who questioned her mental fitness to raise a child.

While I’m certain that series co-creator/director Alexander Payne will have tranqulizers and trained wranglers on-set, I do worry about Thomas’ safety.

The series premieres on HBO in June.

Off-Topic: Caylee Anthony’s Grandfather Attempts Suicide, involuntarily committed

January 23, 2009

Via CNN:

The grandfather of slain Florida toddler Caylee Anthony was taken into custody early Friday after being reported missing late Thursday, sheriff’s deputies and a family attorney said.

George Anthony has defended his daughter, Casey, who is accused in the death of his granddaughter, Caylee.

Detectives found George Anthony at the Hawaiian Inn Hotel in Daytona Beach at 2:30 a.m. ET Friday, said Jeff Williamson, a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff’s department.

Brad Conway, the Anthonys’ attorney, told CNN affiliate WFTV that Anthony was taken into custody under Florida’s Baker Act, which allows the state to hold people involuntarily pending a psychiatric evaluation.

Anthony has been embroiled in a crime saga involving his daughter, Casey Anthony, and his 2-year-old granddaughter Caylee.

I haven’t talked much about this case on the blog, but it’s captured my attention from the very beginning.  This most recent development strongly backs up my theory that we’re witnessing one of the most sophisticated frame jobs in modern history.

While not officially sanctioned by the American Academy of Pediatrics, many Doctors are taking a second look at whether wrapping a child in plastic sealed in duct tape may be an alternative method to keep them from sneaking out of their beds at night*.   Good health is dependent on good sleep.

While the liberal media continues to assault this woman’s character and parenting skills: I ask our readers to avoid doing the same.

Coping with Divorce: A TJLLCL Guide

January 13, 2009

question-mark1What Is Divorce?

A divorce happens when a mommy and daddy decide they do not love each other and they no longer care what breaking up will do their children or loyal fans.

Parents usually engage in serious discussion before making this decision, and these conversations are typically not taken lightly.   They may even raise their voices as they discuss their respective failures, future dreams and why daddy’s underwear smells like the girl who cuts his hair.

Later, they will talk to people called “Lawyers” who will help them to draw up papers so they can escape the bottomless pit of despair their lives have been entombed in for the past five years.  Once those papers are signed: mommy and daddy will be free to re-marry, date and/or explore alternative lifestyles without guilt.   The ability to have intercourse with new, exciting partners is the most important motivator of divorce.

Many children blame themselves when their parents decide to split up.  While there may be some truth to the matter, it’s important to remember that you are likely no more than 50-60% of the reason!  70% tops.

With therapy, recreational drug use, eating disorders and cutting, you should be able to cope with the realization that your very existence destroyed the lives of those closest to you.
